shipping & returns
Shipping within the Netherlands
Smaller items are shipped within the Netherlands via postal service using rates from PostNL. After purchasing an item through our webshop and completing payment, we carefully pack and ensure delivery to a PostNL point within 3 business days. You will receive an email with a tracking code beforehand to monitor the package's journey.

Studio Collectables also offers personal delivery
Within the Netherlands and Belgium, we arrange personal delivery either by our team or through professional transport companies we collaborate with. Larger and fragile items are especially suited for personal transport. Costs depend on the item type, size, distance, and are visible at checkout when purchasing from our webshop. To keep delivery costs low, we often combine multiple deliveries into one trip. Personal delivery typically takes between 1 and 4 weeks and is always arranged in consultation with you. We deliver the product to your front door at ground level.

Pick-up
You are welcome to pick up your purchase from us, available only for large and fragile items. If this option is available for your chosen item, it will appear as a delivery method during checkout. Since we do not have a store or showroom and may not always be present, we will contact you after purchase to schedule an appointment.
International Customers
Interested in an item but live outside the Netherlands? We provide worldwide shipping. Contact us for a shipping cost estimate at service@studiocollectables.shop.
Returns
Not satisfied with your product? No worries! You can return it to us within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is in its original condition. Please notify us via email if you wish to return an item so we can expect its arrival.
NOTE! If returning an item picked up or delivered by us, please email us to discuss return options. We cannot accept returned items that are damaged, used, worn, or incomplete.

Return shipping costs and responsibility are borne by the buyer, so keep your shipping receipt safe!
Your refund will be processed within 14 days after we receive your package back, using the same payment method as your original purchase. You will receive an email confirmation once we have received your package.
